well, i am back in the city an receiving the first wafts of... smelly garbage, yuck! this municipality REALLY needs to get its act together and do some urban restoration!
rice gave a speech last night that was very good to hear. i always disliked her, on principal, but never actually had listening to her talk for a prolonged amount of time. she is coming to the region tomorrow and is completely backing israel, saying that hizbollah is the problem. i am pleasantly surprised that the important part of the world has read this situation correctly and is supporting the lebanese government while routing out the real problem.
at the bus station in eilat today i took two pictures of gorgeous female soldiers and will show them to people when i get back. i think that showing things like that is the best way to do 'hasbara' because it shows the real face belonging to the issues. i bet guys would want to join up just to be around these girls.
i only have just over five weeks to go -im already getting upset!
