Sorry it has taken me so long to update. I have just been kind of wiped out the last few days.

First of all I met Bruce Campbell on Friday. I stood in line for damn near four hours. It was crazy. I was number 316 out of like 700+ people. He looked great. He was the nicest guy. You could tell that he was tired but he still kept going. Not only that but he did and introducion and Q&A for each showing of "The Man With The Screaming Brain". One at 8:00, 10:00, and 12:00. I went to the 12:00 showing with Bram. Bruce is one funny motherfucker. I was reading "Make Love! The Bruce Campbell Way" while I was standing in line and I was cracking up by the 2nd page. The man is so witty. Check it out. It's great.

So I was more than a little star struck and I am sure the man thought I was an idiot. Here is the run down.

Bruce: Hi There. How are you Today?
Me: I'm fine. It's really great to finally meet you. It's a an honor.
Bruce: Yeah I am a real person and I do exist. So what do you do?
Me: What do I do? You mean like a job?
Bruce (looking perturbed): Yeah like a job.
Me: Ummm...I sell Hello Kitty to little girls.
Bruce: Yeah that's nice *extends hand* well it was nice to meet you thanks for coming out.

The man must of thought I was the dumbest person ever. I can't believe that was all I could think of. Well I was thinking how good he looked actually. If I could jump across the table and stradle him before they called security. That and I was thinking "Holy Shit Bruce Campbell is talking to me. Oh God he just touched me. I am never going to wash my hand again."

Yeah I'm a dumb ass....
I also met rockepidemic and SimianZero. Another SGKC event where only a handful of members show up. I don't know what to do about that. I wish that we could all get together for once. *sigh* Anyway all of my pics of Bruce and me and Bruce suck ass. They are dark. I have been trying to doctor them up but the still look shitty when I try to add them here. But here is one cool thing. The Screenland is an independent movie theater here which is where the signing and screening was....well the decided to have Bruce put his handprint in cement out front. I got a great shot of that.



I will keep working on the other pics.

Also I took my car in to get an alignment and all seems well. That seemed to do the trick. They said they didn't see anything wrong with it. So that is really great. I feel better about that. It still needs the transmission checked and the line bleed and new fluid put in. I will get to that soon. It's a 98 Buick Century. I think it may be time to buy a new car. WEll not new new but you know what I mean. That will be a goal for 2006 I guess.

Oh and I am supposed to be going out on a date with the guy I mentioned in my journal last week. Well not that I mentioned him persay just the situation and trying to figure out if I was really interested....Well yes I am interested just freaked out about it. I haven't been on a date in years. I really like this guy and it just kinda took me by surprise. So hopefully I won't get stood up. Which has been a trend in the past few years.

Damn that was a long post. See what happens when I don't update daily. LOL.
