Everything that I think is real is always wrong. Whenever I get excited about something it fucking gets ripped right out from under me. I hang too many emotions on other people's actions. I need to stop doing that. I surrender.

this morning i woke-up feeling on edge not knowing why so first i tried to discover what was going on then i challenged it. Like i said before toss the coin so when you feel negative look at the otherside for the positve and you will get through this. what ever is bothering you write it down, then come back to it later and read it.
there is book called 'living with it' by beth Ainsley which might help.
Another thing soothing music may help with your meditation. Breathing can be done anywhere standing up eyes open sitting down what ever that makes you feel comfortable.
so don't give up it is curable.
