Holy Crap people I am still alive!!! For a minute there I didn't feel that way.
As for the mommy situation nothing has really changed. She is a little better but not much. I have made peace with whatever happens. Either way good or bad it will be better for her. I just want her to be happy. And what she is going through right now is not making her happy.
I have been sick all week. Feverish, Congested, no voice at times and a frog in my throat at others. I am getting better. I started taking Mucinex and I am telling you that shit is gold. It really works. I had to do something because since I work in a call center now if you can't talk you get sent home. We can't have that. I am getting more and more comfortable on the phones as the days go by. My mentor and my customers have been raving. We all know how well I take compliments *looks away*. Everyone there is really helpful and that to me is rare. I have never seen that at any company before. I am still having issues with the selling portion of the job but I did realize that there are some people that I can really help with the products that we have. Like my only sell of the day today was a personal loan to a girl in Mettaire, LA who was a Katrina victim. She really did need that money and I could give it to her at a low interest rate. So I feel really good about that. So I am just going to look at it as helping people. Monday is our first full day on the phone instead of 2-4 hours here and there. It will get better.
Nine Inch Fucking Nails Saturday night!!!! Hell yes I am so ready. Even if I can't scream. LOL. This is my fourth NIN show in 12 years. Sadly that is just how often they tour. If only I was rich and could just drop everything and follow them around for like 5 or 6 months.
So that is my life in a nut shell!!! Oh and welcome my friend MonolithToSorrow to SG!!!! HE is a sweet heart and a little shy. Happy Bday/Merry Christmas/Happy Vday Joshy baby!!!!
