I had the most kick ass Halloween weekend ever. It was awesomeness. Saturday I made carameled apples and help get my friend's house ready for the Halloween party we were co-hosting. I dressed up as a Dominatrix and man I was hot!! Not very many people showed up and the ones that did left real early. Coworkers. Yeah the photography studio has some issues going on right now. I don't have any pictures from this one yet.
Sunday night I went to another party. Same costume.
Fun Fun Fun. The girls are flogging me with my own whip.
Then on Monday. After work my son and I went trick-or-treating with my friend, her husband, and their kids. It was so much fun. I admit that it was the first time I had ever done that as well. My mom was pretty strict. So I never got to take candy from strangers while wearing a Wonder Woman costume.
Then for the adult fun of the evening I got all gothed up and went to Davey's Uptown to see Razed in Black, who I had never heard of. I was into them before the set wes over. Then the guy that used to sing for My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult played with his band . All and all the night was entertaining. I hung out with my girls and a couple of the boys from Swill to celebrate National Gothic Holiday.
I partied my ass off and had a blast. I also made some realizations and some plans. Samhain is the time to let things go and start fresh.

In other news...
I am very excited about this movie!
Oh my those eyes. Those lips. He is simply beautiful.
Not only does the story look good, but the acting looks really amazing as well. Now you all know that Joaquin Phoenix is very near and dear to my heart. As well as other places. But I also happen to think he is a brillant actor. I just watched Inventing the Abbots for 854th time. His range in that movie. Oh and his performance in Gladiator was so impressive. The guy is just so believable. He truly becomes his character. I think he is going to make a great Johnny Cash. He's got the voice down, the snarl, the mannerisms. Reese Whiterspoon plays June Carter and I can't help but love her.
So that is my week people. It has been good so far. That whip is taking residence in my back window until I can use it for something fun.
