i've been doing everything i can possibly think of to aleviate these stupid symptoms, but i can't really tell if it's working.

all i can think of is water to flush my system. movement so i don't stiffen up, and bread because it absorbs things so nicely.

now i'm just waiting for my phone to charge some (because sadly i'm dead to the world if it isn't charged or on me for that matter!).

anyway then i can go grab some food! yay for being hung over and hungry but not being able to eat because it makes you feel sick!
