I'm going in for an ultrasound tomorrow......on my knee.

I have no idea how long it will be before I can skate again. I'm hoping for good news tomorrow.....because I'm really bummed today.

I'll update about the bout (that I can't skate in ) and the condition of my knee tomorrow.

I'm gonna go take some pain meds, some muscle relaxers, and eat something, and then cry myself to sleep.
