I'm so sleepy. Have been for nearly a week. And every time I try and lay down, I'm suddenly wide awake. Grrrrr.

I know exactaly what you mean. I was shifted to night shifts (7pm to 3:30 am) for a month and now I'm back on days. (9am to 5:30pm)

My body clock is so confused....
