Stupid cable company has FINALLY admited that there's something wrong with their lines/routers/system/whatever. They're working to fix it. Jerks.
Friendly advice - don't stand on your bed right next to the ceiling fan when taking a picture of a friend. Getting clobbered by fan blades on the side of your head really hurts.
