Study break time, so I thought I'd actually update rather quickly, as much as I'd like to have left up Manko's b-day wishes. Isn't she just the best? I know, I know..."fan boy", but it is pretty sweet that we share a birthday.
Ups and Downs of the Last Week:
- I'm starting to feel the Bar Prep burnout coming on. I've just under 2 weeks until game day, and then a grueling 6 days to survive. It's been hard to stay motivated the last couple of days, although the practice exam I did on my actual birthday went rather well, so despair is not (yet) taking over.
-My birthday itself was full of pleasant surprises. I had night class and a practice exam during the day, and therefore didn't make any plans. I think that might be my new strategy, it really was one of the most pleasant days on record. One of the big treats was coffee with the girl in question (see last post), an incredibly sweet b-day card, and her unveiling of her present to me: a day pass to this:
One of the cooler gifts I've ever received from a crush. Oh yeah, and she got a ticket for herself too. It should be an awesome day. Apparently she even called to double check accessibility of the venue. Maybe that conversation will go smoother than I thought, or not even need to be a separate conversation at all (again, see last post).
Anybody else planning on going that weekend/day?
-Today I only worked at half speed on the Bar Prep, but I did manage to register a domain name, and sign up to have it hosted. Totally psyched about that, and other (for the moment secret) projects which I will start the second I walk out of the Bar Exam. Okay, who am I kidding...we all know the first thing I am going to do is get a drink.

Also, the two mustards I bought were only a smattering of the selection they had there. Anbd I'm a guy who loves his snobby mustard flavors. I will have to go back.
