I think I am finally recovered from friday night's concert outing. It was a frickin' blast. Gogol Bordello put on an amazing show, and unfortunately, we had to leave a few minutes early to make sure that we caught the last BART back to the East Bay. But, as usual Slim's is the place to be for a concert. The whole atmosphere is super there. The bands, the staff, the crowd; they never fail to please...especially the crowd. Far more enjoyable than the more sterile Warfield where I saw my last show.

In other Friday related news: I apparently was found worthy of my possible internship/voluteer position. I still have a bit of training to do, but I am now more or less an active team member in the SF office of the ACLU...go me!

And lastly, its only 5 days left until my best friend from Humboldt shows up for a week's visit. I am so totally psyched.

Yea, teaching is hard. I'm co-teaching now so that I can balance the fact that I am also actually taking the class as well. I love teaching the class, it's called Media Intervention and it's a mixed media installation class. It's a lot of fun to teach. One day I hope to have a web page with some of my work on it, but I need to actually do it!!!
