I am a veritable potpourri of emotions right now. Not all of which are negative, but are all in conflict. Why I think listening to Against Me! on my headphones is going to help with achieving this goal of inner tranquility is beyond me. I blame the album selection on the recent perusal of a certain SG's Amazon wish list...you know who you are.
I want to thank all of you who completed the 20 things list. I found it quite fascinating, as was the process of writing my own as well. I have seen the list crop up in other random journals, and I have an inclination to start a sort of charting of the tagging process, it would be kinda interesting to see the interrelations of people on this site. Perhaps it is just my classicist blood that wants to trace this transmission of knowledge.
I doubt I'll end up doing it though. It will take a lot of time, and I may be starting a second job next week. I have an interview on friday, but judging from the phone call it seems very, very likely that they want to "hire" me for the position. I phrase it: "hire" because it is actually a non-paid volunteer/internship position.
Plus I still have to finish these Law School Apps in a timely manner. You know, rolling admissions and all that.
Now, if I can manage to repo my external hard drive from my roomate's room, then I will get to work on some mixed tapes that I have been promising people.
