Ever have those days when you just feel ugly and fat, and gross? I hate those days!
I've been having one for a couple weeks now. I hate it! BOO TO FEELING GROSS!!

But oh well, I know that as soon as I snap out of this funk, I'll go through a phase of thinking I am amazing, and just the sexiest person on this planet. Then that will last for a few weeks, then back to feeling gross. Then back to sexy, and so on and so on....

Is this normal?
