still in immense pain. nighttime clinics are worthless. might have to go to the hospital if this doesn't improve.
anyway, instead of my usual dreariness, i wanted to write about something that fascinates me (as both a baptized catholic/ now agnostic, and loving mythology as a whole): that the "seven deadly sins" have demons associated with them. i love demons, monsters, you name. an awesome blog in this vein is Monster Brains, which embodies everything awesome.

what fascinates me most is that pride is probably the worst sin, because you're basically saying you don't need god anymore; i always just thought of it as pretty low on the totem pole. i'm probably guilty of ALL of those sins in some form or another (especially when there were originally 8 sins, when sloth included malaise and depression)
i think we all know, however, that me and Asmodeus (Lust) are pretty much best friends. just thought it was cool. something to keep ya busy.
