I found it hard to quit the last time.
I still don't really consider myself a non-smoker because I still smoke pipes and cigars. Of course I only smoke every now and then. Like less than once a month. But still....that counts.
Let me know how it goes, I've quit cigarettes several times. This last time has been about 6 years clean. Nope, 4 years I went back on for about a month or two.
So I've got plenty of experience on the pitfalls of quitting.
