As SG Brooklynne told me, you have to smile at interviews. But relax sometimes being an ass comes off as confidence.

I gave the world's shortest interview today. I wanted to hire the girl abdly. she would have been a great employee! But we have a strict conflict of interest policy and she works at one of our competitors and loves it. so I knew just as fast that I could not hire.

Everything is absolutely fabulous in SG Land. I don't deal with the heat very well either but now I'm high and in an airconditioned room. You have awesome air and remind me of a friend from IL.
