I started eating only raw foods and i LOVE it!! wierd? yes it sounds a little strange but i feel completely energized!!

nada passe. jus' been working my ass off. had a cool get together with the local SG'ers here in Chicago. That was a blast...good drinks, good company, good times. I was thinking of going on the lemon & maple syrup fasting thang but realized I would really need to take off of work for the week as I probably would be a grump w/o solid food. The raw food thing sounds like a nice alternative....hope all else is well...
