So where to begin? This new city I call home: Cheshire, Oregon...
Good news! They paved the road all the way up to the driveway! For joy! Our house... has three bathrooms. Only one of these bathrooms has a fully functioning door. One will lock you inside if you ever close the door and the other has no door whatsoever. I couldn't rinse my toothbrush yesterday because the well ran dry. Today I can't take a shower. I live in a basement with paper thing ceilings so I can hear everything in the house but I actually have to leave the building to get into the house.
Cheshire although a lovely name is really nothing more than collapsed barns, abandoned christmas tree farms and ranches with signs, trying to sell rocks. What makes this a town is that there is a post office and a convenience store next to each other. The store is actually pretty well stocked but of course lacks Djarum Specials and is still a 10 minute drive through winding roads. Thank God the store is hiring.
Another ten minutes out and theres Junction city which I used to consider the smallest city ever but have found a strange new appreciation for regardless that I can see from one end to the other. I'll have to see if they have cloves. If not... Well I don't want to think about it.
As I discovered yesterday, Oregon does not allow you to buy cigarettes online and have them shipped here...
Eugene would have cloves, but theres only two buses from Junction City to Eugene, one in the morning, one in the evening. I'd have to commit an entire day to buy smokes.
This is whats new with me. Thank God I'm young and have plenty of time to salvage my life but I feel my twenties slipping away. I need to start living my life like now.
