My best birthday gift may have been the complete lack of hangover on Saturday morning.
That or the tongs.
That was probably he most enjoyable birthday outing that I've had in a few years.
I do have to admit that there were a couple of things missing, though.

Other than that, a wonderful night indeed.
From what I recall.
I don't think I really realized how much I'd had to drink until whatisthelight, Sydni and I went to Minnie's, and I tried to buy WITL a present from one of the conveniently placed vending machines in the bathroom. Upon doing so, Idiscovered that putting quarters in the slot and turning the handle had become the physical equivalent of quantum mathematics.
I granted the machine its victory and retreated to the table to lick my wounds. Little does it know that one day I will return, and sweet vengeance will be mine.
I will close this journal with the following advice:
Listen to the new Tom Waits album.
I don't care if you have to kill a hobo and harvest his organs for the money to purchase the record, just do it.[IMG]
