Apparently I am in demand these days which feels pretty good. I have been getting calls to work on other people's films every weekend. The past weekend I had to choose. I ended up doing a music video with my friend Pete for this band called Rosaline. They are one of those poppunk/screamo bands with some breakdowns and vague lyrics. Their songs are decently catchy though and they are all great guys.

Unfortunately I'm about to graduate, and these jobs aren't exactly paid. I'm still dealing with the sheer terror of leaving school and having no job (I work on campus so when I'm no longer a student that is gone). I feel like I know pretty well what I'm doing on set, I just need to be more proactive about getting a resume and a reel together and sending it around. Unless some of the stuff I've been doing takes off, freelancing isn't going to pay the bills.

I think I will feel better when the weather improves. Chicago has paid its dues as far as winter goes, now it needs to stop being shitty and warm up.
