There is lots of good music around the seacoast! Everybody is in a band! Check out the Brick House in Dover on some nights... Wenesdays are good, usually... also Dos Amigos in Dover has shows sometimes, they have had some punk shows the last couple of weeks...
i spoke to a bunch of people and they also agreed that the music blows around here. maybe i'm just too new to the area to know any better - but anyway, it was awesome to hear some genuine music instead of zepplin/grateful dead/hendrix/etc bullshit that i've witness plague many bands that play venues like the brick house.
met some really cool people too.
but if there's one reason to miss nj/ny - it's the music.
