Hello Friends!
So much stuff has been going on. With the holidays, I’ve had to do EVEN more!
New things: I purchased the domain name for my future blog/website. I’ve been trying to figure out exactly how I would like to do it! I know I want it to map out my life, and where I am today, and how I got here. I want to base it on my personal fitness journey, along with trying to juggle that, work, and mommy life. I love to write, and I think this would be a good way to tap into it! I stopped doing so many things I loved the five years I wasted with my ex. Now it’s time to reuse my skills!
I also purchased a mini screen press so I think I will make some shirts to sell on the website. I’ve spent a few nights drawing up a few concepts for shirts. I may make some special “Derby Suicide” shirts as well. And see how well they go. I plan on getting a full sized screen press in February. That way I can do a lot more. I’ve always wanted to make shirts, and now I get to let a long time dream, become a reality! I am beyond excited! I just really have to start sketching again!
Also, to help with the holidays, I have recently picked up a side job. Which really makes me feel like a bad ass… ha-ha. I get to go load a truck full of firewood, haul it to the buyer, and unload this load. All by myself! It ends up being around ½ cord of wood. Which gets extremely tiresome after a few loads. So on top of me working, chasing around a toddler, and trying to stay fit, I now squeeze into my extremely busy schedule hauling loads of wood!
Oh man, if I put any more on my plate, I don’t know what I will do…
On the other hand, it’s about to be CHRISTMAS! It’s my daughters first REAL Christmas, she was a baby baby last year, this year she sees all the lights and says “OOOOOH-WEEEE” I cannot wait to drive around and see all the pretty displays and enjoy a hot cup of cocoa… mmmhmmm holidays this year will be the best!
