4/27: What advice would you give your younger self?

This is my first homework blog, but I felt like it was a good one to start with...
If I could give my younger self advice, it would mostly be to treat my body better, eat better foods/drink more water, be kinder to myself and most importantly... live in the moment!
I used to drink a ton of soda every day and eat a lot of fast food. Was so bad for me and I felt like crap, but when you’re young you don’t typically think ahead of how it will effect you. Water is life and I see the light now! 😅
Being kinder to myself... I’ve always been really hard on myself and had a lot of negative thinking. I thought the world was against me! I was a little rebellious but that’s okay! Rebellion in life is necessary at times 💙
I would tell myself that the world has lots of ups and downs and you may get stuck in a down every now and then, but it never stays that way. Life keeps moving and situations change, go with the flow and don’t be too worried on what the future holds. Live in the moment, be yourself and enjoy what’s around you!
And there you have it..
I probably could list a few more things but those are the most important. Health and Self-Love.
