Welp... I fired an employee today. It doesn't just hurt them, it hurts me. When I hire anyone and have them join my team and my family (family owned and run), I treat them like family. I know everyone makes mistakes and has faults, but at some point you just have to put your foot down. I also am left with the task of attempting to find someone to take his place, and if you run restaurants, you know how difficult it is to find reliable and hard working employees. I'm very frustrated, but I have to just carry on with my head held high and take care of my restaurants, staff and customers!
I was playing toys with my daughter last night and she head butted me and fractured my nose. Ouch.
And while playing Halo, I teabagged every mother f*cker who talked shit to me because I am a girl and kicked their noob asses. Take that, asshats!
