I am going to be a vegetarian starting today.
Decided I wanted to go for a healthier diet... smile
This is a BIG step for me, as I have been carnivorous my entire life. lol

Vegetarian not really healthier for you. You need your proteins & B-vitamins. Just cut back on the meat & eat less fatty meats. We are omnivores. We need a balance of both to be healthy.
