1245, didnt run last night, got lazy. getting to tired to bother...i wish my spirits would be lifted by een the simplest of GOOD news, something like a job offer, some sort of something to do with myself. its blisteringly hot here, i want to go swimming, but i cant think of anywhere i can bring the dog.sometimes i just want to move away again....
