OK, welcome to Monday.
I've realized I gave the IRS the wrong bank account number to deposit my refund check into. Yep. Looks like a long haul ahead of me to get my hands on that refund. Bah! I hate it when the dumb stuff is my own fault!
In other news, the clematis is blooming, as well as the iceland poppies and one of the asian poppies, nice! I have a volunteer asian poppy coming up by the ege of a path, I'm excited about that! They don't usually do real well for me, so I'm hoping a volunteer will be happier than the ones I plant from starts. We shall see.
I was sick all weekend with a really icky cold. Don't get it. I'm still congested and hacking, but I don't feel sick anymore. Yay for that! But now it's Monday and reality is still right outside my door. I have to get financial aid papers to the kiddo's college before monday, so I'll be out the door photocopying tax forms before too long. Taking stuff to the thrift store, and going to physical therapy to round out my day. At least it's not raining. Yet. Heh.
I got some new records last Friday before I got really sick, good stuff. A varied bunch of stuff worked on by Diplo, and a nice Chicago House EP. Been fiddling around with streaming radio stations as well, I have the laptop running through the mixer now so I can play the Internet on the big stereo. Got any hints on stations? I like just about every kind of music except the noodly jazz; it may show a great deal of musical competance, but it bores and irritates me. Give me glitchy electronics please!
