V for Vendetta is an amazingly powerful movie. The messages about fear are particularly strong.

So much of the media and actions these days are focused around using fear as a motivator. "Be afraid of guns; be afraid of gays; be afraid of x religious group; be afraid of the opposition for they will take everything away from you because they aren't US."
Yoda had it down pat: Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering (personal and communal). Choose love, curiosity, understanding, and more. And it is a choice. Physically, the human body reacts exactly the same and it is our mental choice that makes it fear or excitement.
Make the choice. It is yours to make and encourage with others.
