Time for a... NO! THE BIG QUESTION!
What was, or is, your favourite video game and why?
For me it was definitely Final Fantasy 7. It was the first RPG I played and the best so far! The story was absolutely amazing questioning the morality of cloning, the existence of the soul and mankind's affect on the very planet they were living on, just to mention a few. The battles played out perfectly and the Materia system complexity was mind blowing! I mean, Master Knights of the Round linked with Master Mime for close to 240k damage... Yes please! And, of course... The Chocobo breeding and racing was such a time sink for the grand prize of the Golden Chocobo.
