Really want to start working out. How do get motivated? What's the best work outs to being with? I'm just getting more lazy. I hope I can get motivated enough I have something to do. Does anyone have weightwatchers? Does it work and s it good?

U really have to want to do it sweetie it takes a lot of work!!!! After I had my last son about a year ago I struggled and I had to force myself to go to the gym everyday it was hard, but worth it and it will happen but you have to stick to a plan somewhere around 4 times a week to get started depending on how much you want to lose hope that helps babe
