It's been a while since I have posted. Maybe this one will be long...
I started being able to move my quadracepts (calf muscles, I think) without being in spasm. Basically this means I can straighten the knee of my right leg if I try hard enough. I started outpatient rehab on Delaware Ave., and it's going pretty well. Today, Friday, we had an outing, and since no one showed up in my group but me, I got to decide where we went. So we went to South Street. It started pouring rain while we were out, and I got soaking wet...I loved it. Luckily I got to buy three packs of Clove Ciggarettes while I was there, though - the first chance in a while I have had to buy them. I should be set for a while.
I'm getting more into poetry and writing lately, since I have been working with some people on it. I think maybe they were my muses...the inspiration I needed to realize that I do have the means to make some pretty good things. I just need to get writing - hopefully I should have some time this weekend. I have had a lot of ideas for a while now of things I wanna write. Just gotta get started. Now that I have dreamwaver and some other Macromedia programs I can work more on my Homepage and gets some of my works in there, more personalized than their format in there already.
Thank gods for the weekend. I need this time off, Outpatient has been raping my time.

i was wondering how you are...
writing can be really theraputic (spelling). i dont do much of it anymore due to lack of any extreme emotion. no depression or big love in my life. apathy isn't too inspiring.
anyway, happy thanksgiving. a good excuse to do what i always do, eat tons of food and sit around.
sucks that you're not coming to the pahtay on the morrow. i don't think morgan's coming either though.
