alcohol helps....???

alcohol totally doesn't help...it just blurrs everything for a few hours. Just keep on truckin! Look for the silver lining in things. Be thankful for the good things you do have. And you don't neccessarily have to forget...just put it in the past. I certainly haven't forgotten much of anything...I've let go, but I do think about some of it from time to time.
