I just sliced the tip of my thumb open with a seraded knife. All the way across the tip of the thumb. Shit. So now I am sitting at the computer, typing one-handed, a bloody paper-towel wrapped around my thumb, waiting for the bleeding to stop. We don't have any bandages. So I'm going to have to walk to the store to buy some. After the bleeding stops.

So....hmmmm. How ya guys doing? Uh-huh. So why do they call vector drawings "vector drawings?" I mean, to me, a vector is a quantity that has both magnitude and direction--ei: the photon's velocity was 2.45X10^7 meters per second, at 56 degrees from horizontal. But when I go look at vector drawings, I don't see arrows to denote direction and numbers to denote magnitude. I don't get it.

Oh, well...hope I don't bleed to death never knowing why vector drawings are called that.
