Needless to say, I've been busy.
The string theory video is in the can and sent off--it's not great but definitely not bad for a just-over-two-week rush job and collaboration between to disparate departments. When I can, I'll post a link.
Spring break came and went under the auspices of an algebraic geometry take-home midterm. Fun.
Although our latest scientific computing project was a monumental bust, the instructor was pleased enough with the write-up/failure analysis and figured we learned quite a bit, so he gave us a 'B'. Much, much better than we expected.
Now off to breakfast and more homework. Weeee......

Glad to hear that the end result of the computing project was good, despite the whole "monumental bust" thing. I remember that sort of thing quite fondly, for the most part.
