I got engaged!!
Blimey. It's a bit bonkers. People talk about that "when you know you know" thing, and I thought a few times in the past that the woman I was with might be 'the one', but this time I know. She is. _The_One_.
I'm very very very happy.
What's that? Did I go down on one knee? No way. At my age? You've got to be kidding, I'd do myself a mischief. I'd never be able to get back up again. I was playing "Nanaca Bike Crash" and I'd just beaten her high score when I thought "Life doesn't get much better than this"[1] and so I asked her.
And she said yes. My ma is pleased. I think she'd given up hope of me ever finding anyone. I'm not so sure what her folks think. Oh well, I shall try and win them round with my wit and charm and endless supply of odd www linkage.
So, I hope everyone else is fantastic too!
