I could never keep a Journal or blog for very long. Talllulah Bankhead once said "Only good girls keep diaries. Bad girls just don't have the time". Here is a little project type situation I've been working on over the past few days. Decorative Oragami. Paper folding is a great way to keep idle hands at bay, esspecially if those hands tend to be holding a bottle of whiskey. I'm going to use these to increase the light around my mirror and cut back on shadows. They look nice strung pretty much everywhere though. Not quite as cheque day as christmas lights on their own. Thats always remind me of the Grinch.
Mental preparation has begun for June 14th, the NOFX show. Going to try to get my mind ready so I don't become over encumbered with extreme awesome. I think this is a really special moment for this fucky little town. It may also just be another reason to get drunk, but whos counting reasons?
