nothing much to say, just felt like updating.
bought a new bathroom set today. shower curtain, liner, soap pump, soap dish, toothbrush holder...all for $20. it's a welcomed change. i was so sick of looking at fish. will post picture later.
my brother's birthday is tomorrow. 9 years old. it's insane.
got him an $18 Full Metal Alchamist (sp?) shirt from hot topic.
my mom got him some Green Day garbage...
ok with my little brother and music, he dabbles... he's borrowed some of my white stripes cds and appears to really like them... he's heard a few of the recent green day songs on the radio too and likes them... my mother goes all ape shit about the green day and feeds into it (i liked their stuff up through nimrod, everthing after sucks hardcore)... and he only knows like 3 of their songs and she got him a shirt for his birthday. i told her that if that was just some kid on the street i'd say they were a poser...she's making him a poser. you dont wear a band's shirt if you only like one or two songs... that's stupid.
and when i mention that he likes the white stripes she's just like "well he only knows what he's heard on the radio...like one or two songs..." well, he's actually listened to 2 full length albums really...but whatthefuckever. 
and on a closing note:
i love Roseanne.

Hah! Yeah... my friend Catherine's mom forces her little brother to listen to christian rock rubbish. *shiver* poor kid, hes 12 and since Cat is all grown up and moved out she can't intervene. Though, for his last b.day she got him slayer and suicidal tendencies CDs. Totally cheesed off her parents. But is being a poser better than listening to christian rock? Rough call but i'd ultimately say yes!
