i feel like my heart is slowly disintergrating into millions of tiny pieces. i haven't even set a foot outside in two days. i'm not eating very much, maybe once a day. i sleep really late, later every day, and i hate it. i'm not showering very often, not cleaning up after myself. i'm very listless and have zero energy. i'm so lonely. i'm aching for some human contact, for a hug, to be held, to have my tears wiped away, and be told that i'm loved.
