I've been stable for quite a few days, but today I exploded with anxiety, it's painful when thoughts also don't help, they're only negative...

However, little by little I am learning to control it...
does it happen to you?
You have to be strong and fight this.

Sorry to hear that happened. I get anxiety attacks a lot. I try to change my environment - go to a different room, change the lighting (I love my multicolour lights), put on music, anything to immediately remove me from the situation the panic attack happened in. It helps me so much. My doctor also sometimes prescribes Valium for times I’m particularly anxious. I’m on Lexapro but panic attacks still poke through, though not as often.
