Starting February 20th, I'll be starting classes at the Le Cordon Bleu for baking and pastry. I been dying to do this since i was in high school, but because of my family, they wanted me to study into the medical field because doctors will always be around and the money would be good. I know baking shit isn't a life saving job or really important to the world, I love and enjoy doing it and it makes me happy to see people beasting on the treats i make.Besides, its my life and what others people say shouldn't matter to me. I've asked a couple of my friends what would they rather do: Work a job you enjoy doing but probably won't make you a trillionaire or work a job you'll be miserable doing but the pay is AMAZING? Of course, they answered the job they would enjoy doing. Realistically, if you came across the fork in your life where you either choose the path of happiness or the path of shiny stuff and expensive toys. what road would you choose to travel ? A lot of people say money doesn't buy you happiness but, as far as i know, the shit i buy with the ugly green paper called money makes me happy. Still, I'm on the path of happiness and hopefully that road will be paved with gold. If not, I'll be happy to know i followed and did what i want and didn't let peoples opinions dictate the choices I made thus far. So far, my family, friends and a lot of my customers, is strongly supporting my career path. Wish me luck, to the people the gives a rats ass about what I'm saying

Totally agreed.
