just taking a break from homework. i'm working on an assignment for my workshop class that i think is actually going to be a cool short story. don't know if it'll still be too "genre" or not. i'm still bitter about the fact that we can't write anything that would fit in under genre but no one seems to know exactly what makes something genre and another thing literary fiction. 
but i still think this is going to be cool.
