Find disposable sterile scalpels from medical supply places on the web. Like this one here where you can get 50 disposable safety scalpels for ~170$ or 100 scalpel blades (sterile and disposable but no scalpel) for 35$.
And there's many more places like that on the web. Though if you get something like that, disposal can also be somewhat of an issue.

Lucky you, I got emtec for painkiller, it's about as strong as a tylenol... And the dull pain is not conductive to endorphin release either. Sucked. It's better now though.
EDIT: I believe you were talking about "lancets" used with "lancing devices," they're more like a needle then a blade though.
