I am still trying to get the whole phone pics to the journal thing so yeah... soon hopefully i will figure out how to do it and i will start a weekly theme post.... any suggestions?? Merlowe has sock sundays and I have seen IslandJill (both ridiculously gorgeous women by the way) with a word of the day Blog (it was boobs) so what should i have?!?!?! ahhh the possibilities!!!!!

i'm supposed to be at like 180 or something rediculous like that. i havent been 180 since i was like 13 or 14. i'm a very broad bone structured individual and not bragging but i'm pretty well covered in muscle too. so i've got to beat the tape. but that means that every time my neck shrinks a little i got to lose more off my waist. which i thought would be a problem but i got past that plateau last week and now i'm dropping off the lbs again.

i double checked my top weight is supposed to be 205 which simply doesnt work. i'll probably never be near 200 again in my life.
