Yesterday rocked my socks off:

after work, my mom and I went out to an ultrasound party at a mexican restaurant and I got totally fucked on margaritas with her and all of our co-workers. So much fun! My mom is so completely rad. If you ever meet her, ask her to show you the "peep" show. It's fucking hillarious.

Then I come home, smashed, on the verge of illness and I have a package! From whom, you ask? My bestest friend Joel! I love Joel so much! When I was a scary senior in college, he was a freshman and I was so smitten with the fellow, I managed to scare the shit out of him even more. After a bit, we ended up being great, great friends. Before I left for good, we promised to send each other stuff in the mail: him to me--letters, tampons, random stuff, books, etc. I to him--porn. I have yet to send him porn. He has been the best at sending me things, calling me, just remembering; I have been horrible.

As I was taking a shower this morning, it dawned on me! I should buy him a SG account. So I did. I'm so excited to have him get it. It's totally going to rock.

Then today...I became a trendy bitch and bought a trendy watch. I also watched Kill Bill. I loved it. Yes, I did.
