It's friday, thank god!
I've done better with the waking up at 4:00am thing than I expected. Pretty soon, I'll be going to Perkins Family Restaurant at 3:00pm for the senior's special. Rock on!
This weekend is going to rock: Spokane, Kenny Rogers, fancy dinner, sleep, sleep, sleep, mindless tv and lots of birthday festivities.
Age isn't an option anymore.

I HATE Bam. I HATE him. He should be nicer to his parents. I don't care if he gives them money, I think a nicer present is piece of mind and a good night's sleep. I've never read Bridget Jones' Diary...I guess I ought to, I've just been afraid I'd hate how stereotypically "Womanly" she is. Although I was talking about this with a friend recently who was saying there was a great article in Bitch about the books saying that women tend to be the worst versions of themselves in their diaries, portraying themselves to be how they're afraid they are instead of how they actually appear to others. Isn't that odd? What a concept for the character especially, though: Bridget Jones we know as one way, when in life, she probably would have come across as strikingly different (i.e. less flibberty-gibbitous).
I *heart* you, however. I am reading The Secret Life of Bees, though am considering taking a snooze while listening to David Sedaris read Me Talk Pretty One Day.
It's the second time Kenny Rogers has come up in the past three days, so that means I'm on to something Real, something True.
