I'm glad to hear you're feeling abit upbeat before the winter comes...Fall is my favorite time of year.

I'm still not sure about this weekend. Sadle i spend my trip money on the car and refrigerator. I know....i suck. But if i have it right, it's 9pm at Coyote Ugly...i'm gonna give it a good try. It's a once in a blue moon chance.

The short stories are awfully good. I don't think many people have read his novels, actually--but SUN is one of the most beautiful books I've read, period. And it hits me in ways LOLITA doesn't. You could go through it in a weekend. I really think you oughta.

im safe! ahhhh.... i was out of power for like, 3 whole hours yesterday and had to breakfast at a perkins family restaurant. it was vulgar. so vulgar, in fact i had to go out and make amends with my stomach by having a lovely 5-course tasting menu with lots of wine at a friends closing restaurant. it was fabulous. so, yes, i survived...if only barely!!!
i absolutely see you in a buttercup yellow convertible bug with pretty leather interior, light brown. giant tortoise shell glasses, and a setting western sun. i say go for it!!!
