there was another quote, that says somwthing to the effect: when in Paris, i write of michigan, and when in michigan, i write of Paris.

i hope that something like that will happen with me living abroad, that i can gain a renewed perspective on the states, and the south, and maybe come to love them both again.

i get to work my last day at Pauletts the 14th.
