so i'm officially out of shape. 20 minutes of this crunch high impact work out and i'm dying lol *falls over* at first the lady was saying stuff and i'm like, "thank you, you believe in me! " then towards the end she was like how do your abs feel?" And I was like "WHAT ABS you bitch? you want me dead! I know it! " lol. I'll get the hang of it gradually XD. Till then i'll stay mad at the instructor on tv for being so jolly
