As i write this i am in Portugal staying with my good friend Caesar. Being from the UK i dont get much chance to enjoy sunny weather so coming out here is a big deal because the weather is amazng and makes me repeatedly ask myself "why dont i live by the beach?"
That idea is definately in my retirement plan
But another reason i came out here was for the Optimus live! festival. It was awesome beyond belief, with Mastodon, Lamb of God, Machine Head, Slipknot and Metallica all on the same bill!! I mean fuck!!! I cant imagine anything better!! All bands blew me away and i even met Dave McClain before he hit the stage.
Anyhoo, im going to the beach.
