I'm sure none of you have been waiting with baited breath for a blog from yours truly... but to be honest I really suck at this stuff. I always enjoy reading other peoples daily little views into their life... but rarely give a glimpse back.
We here we go. Buckle up.
In the last 16 mths I have -
1. Started a new career as a railway conductor. This meant having to leave my home town, the only place I ever lived, to move 3 provinces and 2 timezones away.
2. Got married to my gal of 4 years.
3. Got my first car. 2008 Ford Escape. Used but new to me :)
4. Got my wife a dog. Rescued it from the local shelter. I work overnight and my wife felt the 2 cats might need help protecting her at night.
5. Bought my first house. Yet another check on the bucket list.
6. Expecting our first child. Official due date Nov 8th... but my wife is a Hallowe'en nut so she's pushing for that day.
